Returns and refunds

Due to the nature of hair products and for the health and safety of all customers, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any bundles or closures once the order has been placed.


Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have questions about a product before ordering, contact us through the contact form on our website and we will be happy to assist you prior to purchase.


In the rare event that you receive an item that is defective or significantly not as described, you must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery with the following: your order number, a written description of the issue, and clear photos of the item as received. We will review each case individually and at our sole discretion determine the appropriate resolution. Submitting a claim does not guarantee a refund or replacement.


We do not accept claims for the following: slight natural variations in texture between bundles, natural shedding during initial install, hair that has been washed, colored, heat treated, chemically processed, or otherwise altered in any way after receipt. These outcomes are consistent with the nature of raw single donor hair and do not constitute a defect.
