All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. Once processed, please allow 14-21 days for delivery. All bundles and closures are sourced directly from Cambodia and ship internationally to your door. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, international transit, and factors outside of our control including but not limited to weather delays, carrier delays, and customs holds.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping notification.
The 1 Hair is not responsible for delays caused by customs, international carriers, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier directly and file a claim within 5 days of the marked delivery date.
It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct and complete. The 1 Hair is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you need to update your shipping address please contact us immediately after placing your order through the contact form on our website. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.
International customers please note that customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply upon delivery in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. The 1 Hair does not collect or reimburse these fees.
